How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $65 or more ship free within the United States.
My package says delivered, but I didn't get it. What do I do?

What if my order is lost in transit?
If your tracking hasn't moved in [5] business days, email [email protected] with your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund, your choice.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after your label is created. If it still hasn't updated after [5] business days, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll look into it.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not right now. Standard shipping is our only option for the moment.
Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
Yes. We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Delivery may take a little longer.
